Once your appointment is confirmed we will email you the details of the appointment as well as the registration form to be completed before your appointment. Booking Information
General (Nail & Skin) appointment includes: Ingrown nail, Fungal infection, thick nails and other skin lesions /nail deformities (both painful and non painful)
Biomechanics appointment includes non injury based: joint and tendon pains from the foot all the way to the thigh, Orthotics/Footwear issues, other structural misalignments, Chronic pains.
ACC appointments: Injury treatments (requires a 1 mechanism which caused the injury as well as the negative outcome of the injury). Conditions include: Foot/Ankle/Achilles sprains, contusion of the lower limb, lacerations as well as others.
All initial appointments will come with an confirmation email as well a link to the Registration form which needs to be filled out before the appointment.
Cancellation/DNA of the initial consult will incur a cancellation fee of $20 of the consultation.
